This made me think of your story Tommyknocker. Though the circumstances of the takings are different, it sort of seems a completion, now you have two brothers reunited. Also the thought that someone who seems strange to other humans finds where...
Enjoyed very much Jenny. The thing is though, if you had had a camera then, you might have not felt everything around you the way you did, to make this intense memory? Because you would have been looking for a composition to fit in the edges of...
BRILLIANT to see you back :0) This is WONDERFUL, enjoyed SO MUCH! I remember now how reading your stuff would want it not to end, and this is how it is with this too. Particularly liked the pigeons doing ablutions and policewomen/a few men...
Wow! That IS good news! Am so glad you are having a break from all the medicine and get to enjoy little pleasures again. What a terrific fighter you are. And guessing correctly that it was your spleen that was the new issue, you really know so...

so many lovely lines!
"Through woodland in silence...
drawn softly into shadows...
where saplings through half light / rise...
in transient stillness, breathing...
secrets that only the inhabitants of wildlife know...
I am not a good "putter awayer" either :0) But worse is when I put things away in the wrong place, like the tea in the fridge, instead of the milk! As Paul says, another good advice poem :0) Lovely photo, too!
