Having told us you're thirteen, and having read this as an autobiographical tale, I was confused when I read this:
Part III: Chapter 20
It is the present time now, of course – the real present. If you can do your maths ok – even I can work this one out – you’ll have realised I’m sixteen now.

I have visited Surrey many times and the state services such as schools and hospitals are much better equipped than most places in the UK, or have you never left the place.

This was a thread on discussing the merits of a young persons writing, and on how good it was for her age, that you seemed to have hijacked.
Judging by your response and spelling I'd have to cede Surrey schools are the same as the rest of the nation. Mind reading and assumption on what people mean don't qualify, lucky for you or you'd get a U.
