I don't know if this is the right place to put this, but I can't find anywhere else. I sent a couple of e-mails to help@abctales.com earlier today. Both were returned with the message that there waqs no such destination. Is the e-mail address out of date, or is the problem on my side?
Many thanks in advance for any replies.

Doesn't work FTSE - that's why Tony can always truthfully say that he answers every email he receives :O)

Are your questions related to 'time distortion' at all, FTSE?
I'm continually baffled by moving through ABC time.
Although the post clock is usually just an hour out due to British Summer Time, apparent ABC time is very variable.
Sometimes I log on in the moment but other times 'Recent Additions' can be over a day old.
The same with 'Forums' which often don't mention new posts for several hours.
Obviously I'm veiwing 'memories' but I'm not sure if they are stored in my own computer or for some obscure reason the server has several different time-shots...
refresh doesn't seem to help but going away and coming back a few minutes later can change your time period by several hours.
I think Red Dwarf called this phenomenon echoes in time O)

You know what they say mykle, an echo in time is worth nine. On eBay they might even bid it up to ten.
Not working, huh? I can't say I blame them - who'd want to spend their day answering trivial queries? Mine were so trivial I'm almost embarrassed to repeat them, but I'm not about to let that stop me...
Maybe you know how to restore italics to text? I copy my stuff in from Word and the italics disappear with no obvious way to restore them. Probably the site doesn't support italics. Just for foreign phrases or use/mention distinction and similar. Saves using wanky single quotes which spoil the appearance of the text, and I do so like it to look pretty!
The other matter was about the readings count. In the time between pressing 'submit' and immediately looking at the 'recently added' page, my latest story had three hits. I can't believe there are people so hungry for reading matter that they pounce on anything new the second it appears. Maybe there's an automated reader to check for naughty words, but that would only account for one hit. Also, the count seems to increase when I look at the story myself or pop by to read the comments. I don't want to know how many times I've read the damn thing! It doesn't seem beyond the scope of modern technology to prevent the count updating when an author reads their own work.
So there we are. Whinge, whinge, whinge. None of it vital to life as we know it, I was just curious.
By the way mykle, for services to life, the universe, and all who sail in them, I should like to present you with your very own smiley kit. All you do is cut and paste from the characters below. Saves using your own resources. Each computer only contains a limited number of smileys, you know, and you must have pretty well used all yours up by now. Here's the kit:

Enjoy! :O)
