Help required

Can somebody explain ho to write italics when I post something? I can't see a way to do it.

I would also like to know how to write italics. I thought you could just right click and then click on styles or something but it doesn't seem to work

<strong>bold text</strong>

I don't think there is a way to do underlined text.
