A Soppy Thanks

Hello, lovely people. I just wanted to take a minute to say how great this site is and how much it's helped get my cogs turning again. Before I signed up here nobody ever really saw my writing, partly because I didn't want their stupid bloody judgements anyway and partly because I couldn't tell whether my stuff was completely awful or not. So, I kept it to myself and gradually fizzled out in a creative way. I joined here on a whim, I can't remember why, and have found everyone to be so goddamn NICE and supportive, even when they're being (constructively) critical, it's really given me a kick up the arse. I've since been published on various websites and lit mags that I never would have contemplated bothering before. I'll never be prolific but at least I can aim to be good, and this site is always my first port of call when I'm unsure about a piece of writing, because I know I'll get an honest (but not devasatating) opinion. Anyway, thanks everyone, you've restored my faith in humans (a tiny bit) :)
