Who the *bleep* are these people who keep posting stories/comments that are just adverts for jewellery.

I don't know. It just happened to me as well on two stories I uploaded last night. How annoying! :(

It comes in waves every few months or so. I believe the site administrator has to weed them out individually and it's a lot of work. They are automated 'spambot'-type routines as far as I know. You can usually tell because the posts are identifiably not written by humans. That and the red ink links.

its spam Well-wisher. Yes they get weeded out- most annoying. The editors take care of it.

I'd just like to put in a word for the spambots. We have feelings too, you know. Some of us are very sensitive. I try so hard to interest people in my wooden Kermit holiday doll Viagras and everybody ignores me. Couldn't you click one of my links just once? It would make me feel I had some purpose in life.
