loud neighbors
I was eating supper
as usual at the
salad bar &; cafeteria
on Nowy Swiat.
the couple at the next
table were having a
highly animated
conversation which
frankly I found
very distracting.
it was in sign language.
arms and hands flailing
all over the place;
I was afraid they
might send a
fork flying through
the air by accident.
but what can you say?
excuse me, but could
the two of you keep
it down over there?
life is full of such quandaries.
