This collection of poetry is about life, people and places. Some entail foibles, sad events, and happy occasions. I try to write with fresh eyes. My writing combines a love of the outdoors with contemporary issues. This chapbook is available for purchase in print form from www.mercutiopress.com out of Montreal, Canada. (I do not get any income from any purchased copies) Without the love and encouragement of my wife, Esther, none of my works would have been written. RLP
Richard & Esther live in Truro, Nova Scotia. They have four children and five grandchildren. Their novel FOOTPRINTS is available from www.synergebooks.com. Both are busy in church work and community outreach. They welcome (adult only) feedback regarding their writing at: richardprov1@netscape.net.

Writing is fun. Although I have not made my millions writing, it is wonderful to share thoughts and ideas with others hoping to provide insight into this great planet we live on. I would love to have books published, but am content, for now to have poems and short stories in print and online. Many have asked me for advice on writing. My basic advice is, WRITE something every day. I plan to place a little advice from my own style on this website in the near future. Remember each of us is unique, and the style you have is yours. Do not copy others. There is only one special YOU. Cheers, from Richard L. Provencher
