How to take control

I remember it well.
One day we were on a special patrol, in Yahs private ship, a medium sized cruiser, he liked it more as the giant starships, too clumsy in atmospheres.

Even if it was small, the cruiser still had the size of a village.
As usual, representatives of each of the 7 tribes were present in the ship when a planet was visited, it was forbidden to visit without them.
Yah had great plans with this planet, disturbing the normal evolution might spoil it all.
Centuries of careful breeding and cloning would be worthless and the 7 were observing closely

Today we were going to make a correction, we had to warn the humans for things to come, else they might fall for the other side.
Yah had one human sighted who would not be missed, but had enough charism to make a difference if he spoke.
We knew we might cause confusion as his primitive mind would never understand what he would see.
But it would be ok if he was able to bring out the general message.

The man was a lonely shepherd, walking on a mountain, looking for his sheep.
When the shields of the ship were shut off to protect him from being moleculised, the ionised air around the gravity fields started to glow, following the rings of the propulsion system.
I know that would impress anyone who might see it, a giant wheel of fire in the sky, made out of concentric circles.
A small bush below caught fire, it draw the attention of the subject, so we had to handle quick.

Yah used the outboard sound system to calm the man down, I was not sure it would help, as the volume was high, and it must sound like a thunderstorm.
His 1st officer 'G' went outside, wearing his armor, the shield was shining like gold due to the remaining ions of the ships engines hitting it.
He told the man the regular welcome text, telling who Yah was, not really necessary, but impressive words do a lot to these people.
I hope the translator worked fine.

The man was invited in, and even if you could see he was scared as Hades, he came.
Inside he was led before Yah, in the command room, officers running around, calling Yahs attention, intercom squeeking, the outdoor monitors all around.
You could see he did not understand a bit of what he saw, I wonder what his story would be when he returned.
To prevent being seen, we went out of the atmosphere and left to our home system, only a few hours away.

We showed him the instruction movies and some recordings of a planet raid we once did.
Explained that would happen if they would continue on the way they did now.
It was the truth as we had to destroy them if they went out of control.

Even my Lady had a role in it, being Protector of the stars.
Dressed in her Uniform with the big Sun on it and a headband with 12 stars, sybolising her systems.
However, Yah used it more as a way to make it a good cop/bad cop movie, like she wanted to rule the world with hard hand and that he had sent her away to help humanity.
And now she was gone he would be the only one for them to worship.

He showed a film about his Giant starships destroying the planet, big red monstruous bomber ships dropping their deadly load.
It was good propaganda, but it still made me hurt inside.
I was thinking of my Lady, so far away, but still in our souls like she had never left.
Actually She left to give Yah full control, but said she would return once it was time to take her place again.
Her child stayed with Yah, he would be treated as his Son.
She is now on an assignment, which is almost finished.
Until then he would be the only ruler.

Anyway, it helped to convince the human he had to forward the message.
We sent him back home, unfortunately the trip back and forth to Yahs system took some time and the man was put back on earth many of his years later, I hope he did not had too many problems due to that.
