A man rang up his local swimming baths
Asking 'Is that the local swimming baths?'
The reply he received was quite rum
'It depends where you're calling from.'

Hilarious seems a bit excessive for an old joke to me, but each to his own. Does this even make sense? It begins in first person and then goes on to say 'the reply HE received was quite rum' in the third. Also it has a gathering of quotation marks at the end and I'm not sure why.
