PATHE' NEWS AT CHRISTMAS

Charles Pathe' was a French photographer and in 1909 he was the first to present newsreels as a regular attraction at a theater in Paris.
The following year in 1910 he introduced the newsreel to the United States.
He was born on Christmas day 1863 in Paris and died on Christmas day 1957 in Monte Carlo.
