I’m going where it’s quiet and peaceful,
The only place where I can be alone,
Where the soothing water drips down my body,
and gives me an all so needed hug.
Though, I know, in a hour or so,
The water, too, will turn,
And when I get out, nothing has changed,
except I’m dripping wet, and shivering cold.
