Splat!

He fell to the floor
Outside of the door -
The whole of his body was leaking;
They thought he was dead
'Til he moved his head
And they realised he was speaking.

"Don't jump off a roof
'Cause you don't go 'poof'
But you do hit the floor with a bang;
The bones in your body
Are not strong, they're shoddy
And you end up strawberry jam."

"Disappearing, indeed,
When travelling at speed
Only happens in Back To The Future."
Said the quack when he saw
The mess on the floor,
"And he's going to need more than a suture!"

Though he lived in a hovel
He had his own shovel
And they used it to scrape him up;
There were two black bags,
To which they fixed tags,
And a bit left over in a cup.
