The Pink lady when I was young
she loved playing on the drums
and liked to wear pink scarf
like her mum
she thought to her delight
I'll have a go and bang the gong to-night
In the days films Rank organisations,
a muscle man came out and would bang a gong
at the start oh' my heart
When I went to Pride the other year
A green car appeared a driver
sitting near the gears he didn't know
which way to go
unyet he knew the Green Cross code!
Preston Park everyhting was going on,men in all diguises, singing and dancing
in fancy dress
high heeled shoes and
long eyelashes
suddenly back came the man
in the green car
but sitting beside him!
was the Pink Lady
looking like a star!
OH! no not again please
stepped out sat
down on a seat,
but had the drum
holding it between her knees.
Oh my poor ears, it
set my hearing aid of
whistling again
see I put pictures beside all at home
so have had change it a bit.
Hubby says this a a mess no inspiration what do you think. comments please julie
I have just seen cut out picture
of the gong, never was real!made of
cardboard and music behind it
welll!well! I think man died.

Sarah well have photos of pride, but can't use them but. Have another story, my friend and said meet in the cafe we danced and took ,my parosol, but Mum d. next morning as if she been there with us, doing same. dancing as we had been talking about her in n/home.but befor this a little lady long grey hair blowing kissses to floats,from upper window and photos taken as at 1st I watched procession going along reminded me of home be dancing park if there!

how could I ask has Mum died !I did he said afraid so
put phone down Pat ,, John and I all split not names.
then came later and whacked me one.Pat said.

yes that is what happens, I don't
know otherwise how I can do it?
