Loose as a goose

from the ABC set Anonyme's inglorious return to poetry

I'm unsure where I want to Go
I don't know who I wanna be
I know I want to travel
But that sort of thing means a lot to me

Really could use some help now
To lend a guiding hand
As, with no idea how to live my life
Gonna find it hard to stand

Wrote words clear and strong on paper
Then I can't not be understood
I'm issuing a challenge
Entertain me, if you could

I want to hear some wisdom
Right here on ABCtales
I want someone to tell me
How they got up if they failed

Not someones life story
Just a generous study case
To show that life sticks back together
When you have the determination to paste

I want someone to show me
There's far and in between
That there's some sort of balance
From the moderate to obscene

Please dont buttercoat your words
Just tell it as it is
If there's a life story in my pleadings
You have the stronger wings

You can judge quite well my words
And if you've seen it all before
Just correct me in my err
Just show me where to land or fall

I just want to seek a destined spot
I glimpsed somewhere in a dream
A spot where I'm content
And the worlds no heavier thing

I want some help in getting there
And seeing far it seems...
I want some help in choosing where
There are few and many between

I think you will find your way eventually.
If you really want to do something, overcome your
fears and just go for it.
Jenny.

I really enjoyed your poem. I can empathise with your words.

Keep on exploring yourself. You'll get there in the end.

Chris

You remind me somewhat of me when I first started writing ( entirely too long ago I might add lol ) To be young is to be reflective, questioning ( now that is something I still haven't lost lol ) Your piece expresses that :)
