Just like before
I feel this mania
this panic
and I know it's time to jump.
I have dreams I can't breathe
and I know I'm dying for real
but I can't wake up
and then
these ideas just hit me.
I'm happy on trains
staring out of windows
letting thoughts
flip over
in my brain.
Feels like getting somewhere.
This city gets me down
just the same as the last
and the one before that.

This starts off a bit heavy, but the voice is really clear...sad and conflicted, but clear.
"Feels like getting somewhere" - I like that line lots.
I'm happy on trains, too. They show up in many of my stories.

I like trains too, the anonymity and the random conversations with people you will never see again... and I love the tube. Nice one, ta.

I like trains look at scenery we went
to a wedding and low and behold, done a
poem on here "Candy Floss" scribbled on the train. Exciting! and journey be able to try 1st time as only on here since May.At moment if read bad news etc; plays on mind, if don't get out and shop socialise.
