If you dance without restraint then the music will become you, and each movement of your body takes on greater meaning than your mind can comprehend. And this deep expanse of feeling opens a small window into the true essence of what it is to be alive. To feel and to think, to love and to cry, to breath in and reach further out, knowing no worth, only the need to move in space and seek answers through the body's language- an instictive yearning of the soul is screaming through your lungs and limbs. The muscles ache and sinews strain, the heart frantically pumps; but the mind is only just waking, learning and not yet needing to understand. You are reborn, yet with the essence of a wisened soul. The beat of your heart is the beat of the rhythm to which you move. The energy of the earth and that of your being join in the moments which follow; neverending is the need to better these motions, neverending the need to speak. Your body battles till on the verge of breaking, so weary is the mind from thought and want for more. But the soul is now alive and feeds the emptiness inside, nourished by the joys of this dance you cannot hide.

Yes, exactly right. But all dance, really.
