Pearls and peacock eyes
In viridian jade,
A sequoia and lilies
In twilight's glade.
A sylvan lantern
Lights the trees,
A bower of roses
Is perfumed breeze.
The bubbling of water,
A tinkling melody.
Now day is over
A reflecting threnody.
The cool of the evening,
A whisper of leaves,
Retreating fountain-spray
Rests in semi-breves.
And a beauteous orb
Is a silver moon,
Casting shadows on flowers
That shone in the noon.

I visited the Alhambra once, it was magical, as is this poem.
