The Colours of Love.

If I were to write a poem for you,
Baby Blue,
it would be the colour of your shoes…

If I were to write a song for you,
Baby Red,
it would be the tune inside your head…

If I were to give a kiss to you,
Baby Black,
it would be to tell you that I’ll soon be back…

If I gave a frown to you,
Baby Brown,
it would be because you let me down…

If I were to have my way with you,
Baby Gray,
I would have my way all day with you…

If I have these thoughts of you,
Baby Pink,
it’s ‘cause I love you more than you think…

Come; let me give a dream to you,
Baby Green,
in it you would be my only queen…

If I were to write a poem for you,
Baby Blue,
it would be the colour of your shoes…
