Genesis.
Human existence is all a matter of evolution. Genesis One and Two; the Creation-myth, is merely someones explanation for his own existence and that of everything around him. It is like Descartes' "I think, therefore I am." It is only an individuals interpretation, it is not the literal truth.
It is one of the great human achievements in terms of litrature, and is comprable to feats such as the building of the pyramids and the great wall of china, as it was handed down from generation to generation.

I love this line! “The seventh day God is resting, which is the current time, which means humans have to deal with their problems in the world themselves.”
One feels that way often hey?!
But there is consolation, “Behold he that keepeth Isreal shall neither slumber nor sleep.”

In the story of Genesis God "created" all of Heaven and Earth and every living creature, except Man. Man was "made", out of mud.
