Human life throughout the universe is basically the same. There is no difference between us and people from elsewhere in the universe. Stories regarding colonization of planets like earth by aliens through some means or other are only fiction and not true. In reality human life evolved naturally on earth, as it did elsewhere in the universe. Life is like desert-flowers blooming in Namaqualand in spring; it is strewn all over the landscape and is the same everywhere. The same is true of human life throughout space.
Human existence on earth followed a natural course of evolution and was never interfered with in any way. Our culture and religion simultaneously followed a similar path of development over the millenniums, which one can learn about in anthropology. It was all a natural and indigenous process. Human culture followed a natural process of development over the ages.
The vast reaches of space also deems spacetravel impractical as it is scientifically impossible to travel faster than the speed of light. This is only fiction. In reality you would be moving at a snail's pace and get nowhere. It is like trying to cross the ocean in a rowboat, you would only get swept away by the current. Out there you would be like a speck of dust in a whirlwind - you are not in control of the situation.
Nature has no recipes for instant life. Relativity is a double-edged sword.
(Our sun is a small class of star with a limited lifespan.)
