Equal before the Law
Justice should be like a pool-table. A pool-table is perfectly plane, level and true. All the balls roll evenly over the surface of the table once played. The balls are like individuals before the Law. As all the balls roll evenly across the table, individual cases should be dealt with in an equal fashion before the Law; like each ball rolling true over the table. The Law has to be objective to ensure that justice will be done. Lawyers, Judges and people in the Legal System are like the players in the game; they determine the outcome. Balls that sink into the pockets are like cases won or lost. To win the game your aim as to be true.
