The glass is finely balanced in your hand; just as life is finely balanced. As you drink it, the wine is wholesome and good. It is as if you are having a thousand experiences while you are tasting it. It is as if life becomes whole again. When leaves that are green, turn to brown…
On a stormy night the wind howls like mad. As the heavy wind blows on through the night, limbs are torn from the branches of some trees. They break off and fall through the night. Tomorrow morning when the wind has ceased, the trees will still be standing, but a few would have had branches broken off by the wind. The wind is like life passing us by; it is like decade following decade. As we grow old, some of us loose limbs or have problems with our other bodily functions; this is like the branches that a tree may loose. Life goes on, and everywhere there are fresh sprouts of trees, that will with the course of time mature, and grow into adulthood, repeating the never-ending circle.
