The Ship.
The ship sailed on the open ocean. A hundred thousand sea-miles lay before it. Its sails were spread out stiff in the strong wind. The wind carried it onwards over the waves.
Large waves beat steadily against the prow, as the ship bore on. The water shook and rolled her, but she traveled ever on over the blue sea. The men handled the sails and the rigging, the Captain commanded the vessel. She kept her course ever true as she carried herself over the mighty waves.
The wind billowed her sails, and carried her with speed and power towards her distant destination. The Captain, the men, the ship and the sea, were all of one. An epic poem traveling across the great expanse of sea and water. The strong current, and the swift wind, bore them on.
Dark, cold, nights and hot, scorching days, and still they traveled on over the mystic ocean. Week after week, the beautiful ship sailed on, and though the crew tired at times, she never did, and still she kept her course. At night she was guided by the diamond stars, and by day by the burning sun. Her sails were always filled with a fair wind, as she glided on.
