In Her Defence (10th July 2008, 10.16am)
The boundaries are blurred,
the confessions are tainted,
the truth is lies, and lies mutated;
the words disturb her;
she hesitates in her reading,
blushing to see public words
describing her body

flickering across her eyes;
she gasps in her surprise
at fiction translated into facts;
the impressions she made,
the innocent fun concocted
while mildly inebriated
turned to something unfamiliar
and far more elaborate…

Curious, I'll have to read around to see what you're referring to here, still I have to say I am blown away, two pieces a day and a good deal of variation and fluidity. Is it the school holidays or are your pupils being severely neglected?

It's activities week. I am running a treasure hunt, which, once they are set off, involves me waiting in my classroom and helping those that return having got stuck, or the winners, feeding them chocolate, and encouraging drawing... great fun, plus time to write and catch up on admin, what an awesome week!
p.s. thank you for the compliment, am dabbling in prose, but the odd poem slips out...

It is a good thing the 'odd poem slips out' too. This is lovely...
