I'm exhausted today, so that's meant I've snacked a bit today not exactly good news. I also made cakes with sw1 as it's his great-grandad's birthday tomorrow and thought we'd better take something with us. Suffice to say we ate half the cake mixture before it made it into the oven!
sw2 is virtually rolling over now which I am not encouraging as it means I've got baby-proof the house once again. We've got to flea treat the cat tonight which is always a good laugh, one of us trying in vain to hold her down whilst the other madly tries too open the treatment before she runs off. The poor cat has had a rough time lately through no fault of hers. Our cat suffees from dandruff and in the hot dry weather it is often quite bad, so my husband thought that it would be a good idea to rub baby oil on her back! The next day she looked like she'd been to a greek christening she was so slippery & greasy! So that night we had to give her a bath to wash the oil out, which didn't go down well so she went & hid outside for the night. When she reappeared the next morning her fur was in a right state matted all over! Of course she then had to endure several days of brutal combing to sort her out, but at least now she has got lovely silky fur!
