I had two full clips left for my 45. Demie hated the idea of using a gun but I promised her that I wouldn't use it unless I absolutely had to...I would only wound them if I had to use it.
We checked our cell phones and I put the GPS unit along with the coat hanger in a hat box that Demie donated to the cause. At around 9:15 PM.....I slowly carried the hat box to the van. I wanted to make it seem like we were carrying a body..in case they were tracking the movement.
We got in the van and both took deep breaths. I looked at Demie and said,"Remember...run to the Johnson's if something goes wrong. She nodded her head and said,"We could just leave you know....just go to Ireland tonight." Then she looked out the window and back at me saying,"No...let's do this...let's f**k them like they f***ed us!"
I put the van in gear and said,"That's my girl...yes...let's f**k em!"
On our way to the Bone Creek bridge....we went over the plans for the trap. When I parked...I called the number to contact the voice guy. He answered with his usual,"Yes." I angrily said,"We have hidden base...this girl is about to lose it...she can't handle shit like this!"
He said,"Let me talk to her...now!" I handed Demie the phone and she began to pretend whimpering....she just kept saying "Yes" and "OK" as he screamed at her. She also said,"By two bridges...one old and one new."
She handed me back the phone as Demie pretended to break down crying. I shouted,"You f**k...you dirty f**k!" He calmly said,"Yes I am...when we find BASE...I will call her...no need to talk to you...we are done...leave...now!"
The phone went dead and I asked Demie what he said. She said that he told her to wait for his call....she would have to count to 100 while the game played out....he wanted one clue to where the body was....he sounded so evil.
We got out stuff we would need and placed it by the end of the bridge. We took the van down to the Johnson's, parked it there and walked back. I buried the GPS unit in my previously dug hole. I don't know why he wanted a clue unless it was just to mess with us.
Demie and I got into our positions...hid and waited there in the half moon darkness.
