Grave Robbers 2155 Ch.24 Final

It was time for the grave robbers to prepare for the ultimate battle. The Izan itself would be an easy task but with the powers of Lucirah, it was sure to be near impossible. As the Starbird lifted off the ground, the crew could see Lucirah pacing on the pyramid steps and killing who he wished.

Lakrin told the crew,"Victory will come from your hearts and minds more than your skills...there is revolution all across North Earth....if you fail...all is lost....Korav, Cristis and I must return home...we are bound by law to not join the fight."

Deece asked,"Are you sure Korav can't fight with us?" Korav spoke,"It would be no fight if I fought with you...what is the joy of poof and it is over...battle...young grave robber is the heart of a true soldier...peace is the soul of the soldier's love."

Deece looked at him with a blank expression as they all laughed. Tokey shook Lakrin's hand and said,"I believe I know what to do now my friend....you led me a long way to find a simple and short answer." Lakrin smiled and said, "My friend...time to learn is precious...foolish at times but nevertheless precious...remember this....a thought can change the Universe."

They all said their goodbyes as Lakrin, Cristis and Korav stepped into the green beam of light. As soon as they disappeared, Tony shouted,"That was kick ass....we were on the edge of being chopped up by a big ugly as f***ing ugly gets bug demon and...Toke...wow Toke...you pulled some shit on them!" Deece said,"Yeah Tokey...how in the hell did you think of that?"

Maren kissed him on the cheek and said,"Because he is so cute and smart!" Tokey blushed a little and said,"OK...Ok....I got us out of that one but if Lakrin and company hadn't shown up...we would all be rolling in glass barrels."

Lyran and Izzar stepped up and gave Tokey a kiss too....Dara hugged him and kissed him too." T Bar stepped towards Tokey and Tokey said,"No way...you are not kissing me!" T Bar just grinned and said,"I just wanted to say thanks for getting me in that gun fight."

Tokey chuckled and told T Bar he was welcome. Tokey then asked them all to gather around for a prayer. Tokey prayed,"Oh Grandfather...Father of our hearts...let us be brave...let us walk with the way of justice, truth and faith.....let us be soldiers of your right hand....let us be children of your heart....Amen."

Tokey raised his head....then raised a clinched fist and shouted,"Grave Robbers....to the last breath...to the last thought of killing those f***ers ...as they use to say a hundred and fifty years ago.....LET'S ROCK!" They all cheered as Maren passed out bottles of black leaf wine. Deece flew the Starbird above the clouds and they all looked out at the cryozone's beautiful ring.

Back in Cain City....Jevis was preparing the Izan for Lucirah. He set up a throne in place of the commanders compartment. Lucirah would be able to see out the main forward shields and fly the ship with a single hand orb control.

Jevis was getting in constant reports of battles all across North Earth. The Roians were up to their asses in rebels. Sectors 14 and 6 had Commanders calling for reinforcements. Jevis gave the command for them to quit whining or die! Jevis had enough to worry about with Lucirah....he knew that Lucirah entertained himself by killing anything he wished....he was far worse than Seloria!

It came time for Lucirah to board the Izan. Jevis had docked the Izan close to the pyramid Chapel of Wind. The ramp extended into the large east gate. Lucirah slowly walked up the ramp while carrying a large flask of black leaf wine. Jevis and the Commanders bowed as Lucirah walked to his throne. Lucirah shouted at Jevis,"Do you have any soldiers named Harry on board?" Jevis looked confused and told one of his officers to check.

The officer told Jevis,"We have a Harrison Zelen in the 17th. gun turret." Lucirah shouted,"Close enough...bring him to me!" In a few moments, the gunner showed up and bowed to Lucirah. Lucirah poured out half of his wine on the floor...grabbed the young man by the neck...ripped it and held the bottle up to the bleeding wound to be filled. Lucirah dropped the dead man on the floor...took a drink of his blood filled wine and said,"Ah...a Bloody Harry...thee has done good Jevis!"

Jevis grinned and said,"Anything for you my lord...anything." Jevis noticed that Lucirah still had the flesh of Seloria's bottom half on his waist. The stench alone from it was almost unbearable. Lucirah looked at Jevis and said,"Stinks does she not...I wear the whore till she rots!" Jevis simply said,"Yes my lord...till she rots."

Lucirah looked over the controls in front of his throne and was impressed. He grabbed the main control orb and pushed it forward. As Jevis shouted "NO" the Izan sprinted about 15 miles and left every Commander on the floor. When the chaos was returning to normal...Lucirah said, "I like this...we go kill the grave robbers now!"

Jevis stumbled to his post and said,"Just give the order my lord....we will kill them all...you will be victorious!" Lucirah grinned and said,"Ha...HA...HA...to the blood bath!" He moved the control orb slowly this time and commanded Jevis to scan for the Gorisin Starbird.

Jevis was looking at the screen and shouted,"We don't need to scan lord Lucirah...they are here!" Just then...five blasts hit the Izan on the starboard side. A commander shouted,"Four turrets destroyed...one com tower!" Lucirah whipped the Izan to the north and saw the glow of the Starbird. He shouted,"Forward guns fire in parallel drop sync!"

Deece maneuvered the Starbird low and behind the massive Axen Legion Dome. The plasma blasts cut into the dome like claws. T Bar and Izzar were firing as they disappeared behind the lower dome. Tokey was shouting orders and screaming for Deece to watch out for the Izan Thermite cannons on the belly of the ship. Deece shouted back,"Thermite cannons...I thought they only had plasma guns!" Tokey shouted back,"So did I but I saw the red tips on the belly cannons....just watch out for them....they bring us down!"

Tony looked at Tokey and asked,"What Toke....we been hit with thermite before?" Tokey answered,"They are cold blasters...they cause the ambient air to freeze because of extreme pressure....Lucirah knows this....he had to have them installed." Deece was cruising along the west side of the Axen Legion Dome when the shadow of the Izan covered them.

Tokey shouted,"Go Deece...now!" Deece's mind went blank for just a couple of seconds...the sheild faded slightly. T Bar and Izzar fired at the Izan ...they all felt the hum of the Starbird dying.

A double blast of thermite had just missed the top of the craft.... the cold came fast. The Starbird began to spin out of control as Deece screamed for everyone to hang on! It slammed into the side of the massive dome. The Starbird was frozen and cracked into 3 pieces. The ship crashed on the ground. Dust, frost and debris scattered all around the fallen crew.

Deece unbuckled his cock pit harness and as the smoke cleared he saw that Lyran was hurt severely. She wasn't moving...she wasn't moaning...she was gone. Deece unbuckled her and cried,"No...No...damiit f***ing NO....help...I need help...she's hurt bad...dammit!" He took her in his arms and knelt on the ground crying. Deece looked around and saw that almost the whole crew was dead or near dead.

He looked up and saw the Izan....the main ramp was being lowered. Deece laid Lyran down by Dara and Tony. He checked T Bar who was barely alive and Izzar who was dead. Maren was alive and laying on Tokey's chest.

Deece stumbled over to them and grabbed Tokeys hand saying,"Toke....it's over..Toke...we lost man!" Tokey groaned and wanted Deece to hear something....he wanted to tell him the secret. Tokey whispered into Deece's ear....he repeated it three times and passed away.

As Maren cried over Tokey's body...Deece stood, pulled his weapon and waited for them. Lucirah and Jevis came down the ramp slowly. They were grinning and laughing at the scattered bodies of the crew. Deece shouted,"Come on you f**ks...you still have one to fight!"

Lucirah scurried up to Deece as Jevis stepped fast behind him. Lucirah said,"Ha..Ha..grave robber...looks as if you lost...I think thee is in grave troubles." Deece lowered his weapon and said,"I lost the battle...I have power over nothing."

Jevis laughed as Lucirah screamed,"Now you die!" Deece shouted,"YOU ARE NOTHING!" Lucirah cocked his head to the side and said,"I think thee are crazed by battle fatigue." Deece shouted again,"YOU ARE NOTHING!" Lucirah got a strange look on his face...he looked down at the torso of Seloria hanging from his waist...he screamed "NOOOOOO!" Deece shouted again,"YOU ARE NOTHING!"

Lucirah began to feel a vortex behind him. He tried to lunge at Deece but the vortex pulled him back. Jevis stood and was astonished at the sight of his master struggling against this power. Deece raised up his weapon and shot Jevis between the eyes. You could see the lights of the ship through the hole the thermite gun made. Jevis fell dead to the ground.

Lucirah screamed like a banshee as he disappeared into the vortex. Deece turned and walked over the the body of Lyran. He knelt down and picked her up. He screamed at the sky,"Take me Grandfather...take me now!" He fell back to his knees and held Lyran so tight. The Izan began to back away as rebel crafts approached and fired on it.

Deece felt a hand on his shoulder...looked up and saw it was Lakrin. Deece cried,"Just leave us alone....leave us the f**k alone!" Lakrin said,"Give her to me Deece...I can help her." Deece snapped back,"She is dead Lakrin...everybody but me and Maren are dead!" Lakrin held his arms out and said,"Trust me now...let me hold her."

Deece hung his head down and handed Lyran's body to Lakrin. Lakrin held her, kissed her forehead and she began to breathe. Deece shouted,"Oh my god Lakrin..you can do that..she's alive!" Lakrin smiled and sat Lyran on the ground by Deece." She looked at Deece with tears in her eyes...held up her little stone and said,"It turned gold...it feels warm...you love me."

Lakrin went around to all of the others and revived them. As they all stumbled together for tears and hugs, Korav came from a green light that encircled an old oak tree. Korav walked to Deece and said,"You must relinquish the power now...breathe into my hand." Lakrin said,"Do it Deece...you'll die if you don't." Deece took a deep breath and breathed into the hand of Korav. Korav grinned and returned to the green light.

The whole crew hugged each other and hugged Lakrin. Tokey chuckled,"I told you it was simple Deece....the grave was full of nothing....you had the power to make Lucirah in to nothing...my whisper gave you the secret." Lakrin smiled and said,"Well Deece...for a few moments you had a power that only seven of the greatest Angels have."

Dara pointed to the Cryozone and shouted,"Look everyone....the Cryozone...it's fading!"

Lakrin grinned and said," Orkanisonaka." The Gorisin Starbird began to meld itself together. Lakrin laughed and said,"I guess I should have taught you that word." The Starbird turned into a large plate and the crew stepped on with Lakrin. They all sat as the craft lifted under Lakrin's command.

He told them all,"You have defeated evil....the rebellion is only hours from victory..North and South Earth will unite again...they will need leaders like you...grave robbers who found truth in their hearts and love in their arms."

T Bar grinned and said,"Hey ...as long as I can still target practice...I'm cool with peace." They all laughed as Lakrin headed the Starbird for his home. Lakrin spoke out,"Hey..I almost forgot to tell you,"Cristis is preparing a large meal...she has a little help from someone you know...I believe his name is Daniel."
