Two moons and one tear

from the ABC set Puffs of Poetry

She felt him inside her, clutching her breasts

Biting her neck as she gripped the wheel

Smelling his whiskey spilled on her neck

Thrusting his power, breaking her depth

Moaning and breathing dragons of passion

Screaming together, splitting the dam

Screeching of tires, crunching of metal

Last of his life trickles her thigh

Raising her hand, opening slowly

tufts of his hair blow softly away

She walks in a daze, towards white and yellow

God what a dark road, light of death's tree

Shines on her back, shows her the lines

Highway so cold, pretty bare feet

Naked hurt body, clothed by the night

Ten steps away from hell of his car

Living turns left, heaven turns right

Whisper goodbye love

Wet on her hand from touching her eye

She saw two moons and one tear

in blood
