Here....I sit on my ceramic throne and begin to rid my body of little brown politicians. I now stare at the Victorian white wall. "Victorian White" is the name paint manufacturers came up with to make "off white" or "Antique White" sound elite.
Queen Victoria would probably gag if she heard a Yuppie swawking about how she had the painters paint her trim with "Victorian White!"
Off White just sounds too peasantish. It sounds like a half breed color..you know. Antique White sounds old....kind of gummy and grimy.
But....OH YES....Victorian White has class! Only the elite should be allowed to paint with Victorian White! Let the peasants paint with Off White and the middle class paint with Antique White.
It is time to create a law that reserves elite products for only....THE.... elite!
I will be the first to sign up to be a Paint Policeman. When I catch a lowly peasant lurking down the sidewalk with a gallon can of Victorian White paint....I'll beat him/her with my Victorian White Night Stick!
Should I catch a middle class person with Victorian White paint....I shall force them to pour the paint upon themselves and then proceed to beat them with my Victorian White Night Stick.
