I live in the mud
there's a disease
in ma blood
my brother my sister
abandoned in Kibera
I live in the mud
dressed in clothes
an animal life
but dignity clings
to defiant eyes
I live in the mud
there were screams
there was blood
now memories of love
are hidden in fear
I live in the mud
we can not look back
yet tomorrow is dark
and death creeps about
you see I am scared
for I know
I will die in Kibera

You obviously watched the Comic Relief documentary, Louise and this poem has captured the mood really well.
