Winter Sun

The winter sun has come
to light up the sky
as thoughts become
exciting, new
clouds mysteriously
touched with a snowy glow
and yes it's true
I have forgotten about us
just as
you forget split moments
like children
and it passes
and you fondly think
of a memory that was
....wasn't spoilt
by things you were
meant to do
out of respect
and caring of another
not boyfriend/girlfriend
but a special love.
