since we both bought new bicycles,
it's been fun pedaling along the pavement
and I've noticed the improvement in your mood
since we had expensive hair cuts
and bought ourselves new coats. I keep seeing you
glancing in the mirror
and you're having a manicure tomorrow

you have always wanted to do.
I found the key to the balcony door
now we can go out their on Monday mornings
like we used to, and watch people
going to work. I went to the market this morning.
I was caught in that thunderstorm.
But i bought some potatoes
and the fridge is full of strawberries
