Sticks and stones they may break my bones
and that is called physical abuse .
Words may never seem to hurt but that is psychological abuse .
What happens to me I ask my self
and the answer becomes quite clear ,
When people become short tempered and angry it fills me full of fear .
I have broken bones and wounds that are bandaged and put into cast
While other wounds that are invisible never seem to heal so fast .
I cannot cope with the suffering ,
I’m emotionally over taxed ,
A victim of mental and physical stress facing up to the facts .
