“Two great, too small”

Two great powers side by side;
two great towers rise and rise.
one in clouds hopes to hide,
’til it claims its long-lost prize.

The other rooted to the ground;
wavers, wavers, spreads like locusts-
claims its rustle is honest and sound,
whilst its tentacles reach with lust.

One is built upon solid foundation;
the other drills deep into the soil.
Only one shall stand in salvation
to look down upon the filth, the spoil...
