Mistakes

I had a dream I could buy my way to heaven
When I awoke, I spent that on a necklace
I told God that I'd get it and be back in a second
Man, it's so hard not to act reckless
The thought of people buying diamonds and plasma's
Shocking my nervous system and got me having asthma

We all think that we can do as we please and....
that someone else gonna do good and forget the cars an cheese
We all take the luxury of living and breathing for granted
Word from the wise, God isn't enchanted
In fact he's probably pissed the fuck off by this dishonest greed
We take green from the soil but forget to plant a seed
We take fish from the sea but forget to ration what we got
We forget about sea pollution and buy that fancy kind of yacht

The only time we do right is when we under scrutiny
But when we not, we just act more stupidly
All this pain makes me want to drive to rebellious mutiny
But that would go againt the morals of Gods scrutiny
Lets learn from the mistakes of the past and understand the present
Otherwise we going to be facing war of the worlds
And let me tell you this, it isn't going to be pleasant
