Elusive cherries

Going for the cherry
is driving me crazy.

Those elusive cherries
that hang as a pair.
That tantalizing duo
that drives me to despair

For sure I'll be given it,
even if I write forever.
Dedication to the verse.
I will not be dissuaded ever.

Lost in my thoughts
I scramble for the word.
Searching for the rhyme
so it can be heard.

It should all be smooth and
the words must not grate.
They should click into place
as I try to narrate.

All will be done
when the cherries are hung.
Bang at the top
of the verse that I’ve done.

Not sure this makes sense. Work at this a bit and a cherry or two may well be yours!

Well earn't cherry!
So,so pleased for you,
makes one feel good inside
yippeeee..to you.
I used to love them,but can't
chew them now.Or as kids,we
dangle them on our ears,and even
give,them apolish to shine!
Like Robot cherry! on AbcTales
