What would you do,
if you had all power?
Heal all the sickness?
calm all the war?
But these will return if
you don’t stop the source:
quarrelling, death will
still follow their course.
So what is the source of
all quarrels, – a flaw
right in the centre
of everyone’s core;
and sickness’ cause?
why does nature so good
now seem not to work quite
as well as it should?
God says he will mend this
creation one day:
if we want to be there
we must find a way
to wipe clean our record,
our apathy cured
so we will fit in to
utopia secured.
Christ came, and he healed,
but importantly taught
that he would accomplish
the breakthrough we sought:
great power achieving
this change to prepare
(if we will accept it)
for life without war.
