Overcoming a distant hill
sun’s furnace stokes morning

and mist dissolves within
an intruding brightness.

Your encouraging remarks are so apropos, Tina. Thank you. Every so often I continue to have a poem in my head accelerating into all directions as my mind and heart absorb the interpretation. However what ends up on the screen may only be a shortie and there is no reason to add another word. The writing world is full of complexities, yet simplicity finds itself in the harbour at the same time, Eh? Richard LP
