Let's Start Again

Lets start again, she said out, as she looked up
At the face, tense and flushed, looking down

He had pushed, he had touched, he had held her
But her face wore no bliss, just a frown

‘Go behind. Hold my hips. Start off gently’
So he waited and she turned around

Soon he started again, as instructed
Her spine dipped and position was found

He laboured, once more, this time smiling
And she pushed her head back, breathing in

There, he knew he never could leave her
While his lips kissed her warm, yielded skin

Thanks so much for your comment MistakenMagic. I wanted to try something that was completely out of my comfort zone for this - it feels odd and I'm still not settled on the last lines but it's been a hugely thought provoking exercise. Love ABCTales... :) Thx again :)
