I read this several times shoe - and it just gets better.

wow, I agree with the above comment, reading this over and over again, the poem gets better and better, the last stanza is particularly powerful and devastating at the same time.

I can't pinpoint when you developed
this unguessed at talent for cutting
finding the marrow, wielding the knife
like a pro
leaving me boned

- all I can say is, Wow - blew me away this did!
