cornflowers are beautiful - what a description of the dawn. A beautiful poem. :-)

Just a wonderful picture here. I really could see myself there. A very relaxing read, so perfectly written for this time of the year. The last stanza is just a perfect ending. Well done.

Just out of curiosity, how many poems do you think you have written in your life? It's just that it seems like you never put your pen down. Good for us, keep it coming, because we love it! ;-)

Some really beautiful descriptions of nature, and I really love swans part, very special.

Nothing, but nothing beats the sight of a pair of swans skirting the tree-line at sunrise. It quite takes one's breath away.
