THE RUBY NECKLACE

I have a ruby necklace,
that was given to me,
who was it gave it?
it was my Grannie,
It's diamond encrusted,
with rubies so red,
the only time I take it off,
is when I go to bed.

yes it would be a really nice treat to recieve a
gift like this, especially as the ruby is my
horoscope diamond, but alas it was just a poem.

I too know the sentimentality of necklaces - except I even wear mine in bed. Lovely poem ;)

Ah! that's wonderful Magic, I don't really own any
really expensive jewelery, just my rose Quartz, but
I don't wear it, accept if I go out somewhere nice.
