Don't let all your adverbs be madverbs
For adverbs are sane as they come
Turn all of your sadverbs to gladverbs
It's simply outrageously fun
When baking a cake for a cod or a hake
Try not to spill jam on the floor
A hake loves her cake to be smoothed with a rake
You'll soon have her begging for more
A Sunday is one day to keep as a fun day
Don't ever let sadness intrude
A life full of smiles is better by miles
Than one that is gloomy and rude
Don't put on your red dress, your won't be seen dead dress
Your blue one is better by far
Perch on your park bench like a Nellian wench
And wink at each passing jack tar
Don't ever be grave in a graveyard
For a graveyard's a place to be gay
It's full of your friends and relations
And you'll join the party one day
A life lived this way will be happy and gay
With frowning a diction'ry word
Break out of the hell of a self-imposed cell
And you will be free as a bird!
