Disenchanted, lost and beaten,
madder than a fucking loon.
Running round like Buster Keaton,
howling at the fucking moon.

Tingling fingers, addled brain;
outlook bleak as fucking shit!
Panic attacks; I'm going insane,
wishing that my throat was slit!

Fuck the pills and fuck this life,
Fuck do-gooders and their smiles.
I don’t need this fucking strife;
All ‘poor you(s)’ and sad denials.

It’s time to call a spade a spade!
It’s time to just accept it all
and fuck the ones who feel betrayed;
It’s MY fucking life; MY call!

And if this goodbye note offends;
Tough shit! I couldn’t give a toss.
I won’t be back to make amends
and that will be small fucking loss!

Excellent! As a reader I immediately sense the emotion in this poem and it does exactly what a 'spoken' poetry piece should do- speak... or shout ;-p
