music plays into the fierce of night,
notes fall like pearls onto mirrors,
wolves gather and offer their howl,
as the lace of girl becomes leather.
dark shining in leash and collar
presents to the beast;
taboo gestures moaned
in their open, jewelled seduction.
obeisance before the unforgiving,
begging animal to become
animal. chains slowly close and
shackle. and now, now, brand
her in her primal dance.
