The Christmas Dance (A dance for little kids)

from the ABC set Other Stuff

Wave your hands in the air
like a polar bear
while you stomp all around.
Wave your hands in the air
like a polar bear
and make a polar bear sound.
Then shimmy and shake and shiver with me
and sway, side to side, like a Christmas tree.

Now put your hands on your hips
like a pair of wings
and waddle back and forth.
Put your hands on your hips
like you’re a penguin,
way up in the North.
Then shimmy and shake and shiver with me
and spin around three times. One, two, three.

BTW, I know that Penguins come from the South Pole but 'South' doesn't rhyme with 'Forth'.

I'm hiring you for my next children's party, well-wisher - what's your fee? ;)

Very much enjoyed and nevermind about where the penguins come from - such a fun little song that I think it's okay to grant you poetic license just this once ;)

Well-wisher, I couldn't help reading this to the sound of "Time Warp" Rocky Horror Show! Well done, and who gives a toss about the Penguins anyway eh?
