King Of The World

If I were king of the world, I would abdicate,
For surely there would have been some mistake
That placed the crown upon my head,
When there are worthier souls by far instead
Who have much clearer points of view
About what everyone should think and do.
Leave me alone, I don't need the stress
Of deciding what would be the best,
When I can't even run my own small life
Without causing arguments and strife.
If I were king, I would have no solution,
I would only cause a revolution
That would dissolve the monarchy
And lead to bloody anarchy.
So, sort the problems on your own
And put someone else upon the throne.
