Meeting The Bishop

For many of us, we don't know where we're going until we get there. Take this word journey right here. The first sentence is the first step which begins every journey. The mind is fueled and open. The time is right now. Right now is the only time. The only obstacles are the mental blocks that will crop up now and again but we're already past the biggest one, the block that prevents the starting.
Inspiration has demolished that block as it perpetually does.
So we begin too move
Whenever we move, we choose a direction. We begin to speak to ourselves. Our conscience, our conscious, our sense of consequence begin the conversation. We're overhearing the discussion. We don't join in, we listen. We have no voice but we do have a destiny.
Our destiny is a product of thought, word and action. Our destiny is already out there just as this little journey story has always been out there waiting to be inspired, typed, read, misunderstood and mostly forgotten.
The misunderstanding is as crucial as the hidden meaning both of which I am conveying incorrectly which leaves the truth of the matter, the direction you choose to take after reading this signpost entirely up to you and the inner voices you're overhearing once you decide that you have no voice.
Until then, you are talking to yourself.
The words you choose to understand are important because vocabulary is destiny and destiny is where we end up on a journey that begins with no direction home and gathers no moss.
But of course, you know all of this as do we all.
That's why we stay at home
And that's why we roam.
And I said it and I'm glad.
The way we go out is the way we came in.
This must be the place.
The color is emerald
The place is cathedral
The bishop is in here somewhere
Along with the horseshit
Because this is the end.
This is what I mean.

Love the word play with the
Love the word play with the though process and of course one must find that Bishop in there somewhere and avoid the HS. This almost felt like a paragraph in Alice in Wonderland, moving through perception and changing lenses, with no voice. Great piece of writing for writers, I must push my own writer’s block out of the cathedral today. Thanks for the inspiration icerivers, it truly is a journey with the same doorway for enter and exit, so we must explore the in-between of it.
