In Out Of the Cold?
ABC forum power has far-reaching powers it seems. UKA have obviously realised the stupidity of their 'register to read' policy and have apparently scrapped it. As is the case with such back-pedaling, the back-pedalers remain silent and hope no one will either notice or comment on what is tantamount to an admission of bad judgement. Sorry to bring this to public notice.

As I recall, the whole thing was touted as a 'temporary' measure to start with. Watch your step when you dismount - it's quite a drop.
